With over 30 years in the insurance industry, Pam founded 123 Insurance Inc. in 2012. Her goal has always been to provide personalized service and to educate her clients. With a passion for building long lasting relationships, Pam ensures that her customers understand their insurance coverage, making the whole insurance process simple and straightforward.

Louise joined the 123 Insurance team in 2017 as a part-time staff member. She became a licensed Property and Casualty agent in 2019 and now enjoys her full-time role at the agency as the Executive Assistant and Human Recourse Rep., along with many other hats. Louise lives in Georgia with her husband, Curtis. She has two adult children and two grandbabies. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her hubby playing games or on a road trip. You can also find her working outside in her vegetable and flower gardens or just sitting on the swing watching a fire in her back yard pit.
Nicole started her insurance career in 2005, focusing on the complete insurance portfolio, including personal, commercial, life and disability coverage. She is a graduate of the University of Vermont with a B.A. in Sociology. Before joining the agency, Nicole was a personal and commercial producer and financial services representative. Nicole’s focus is personal lines insurance and small commercial policies. A native Vermonter, Nicole relocated to Colchester in 2019 with her husband, Tom. When she can find free time, Nicole enjoys boating on the waters of Lake Champlain.
Ryan grew up in the insurance industry and learned so much from his mother, Pam Parah-Tobin. Ryan received his Property and Casualty insurance license in 2019.
He was born and raised in Franklin County and currently lives in St Albans with his husband and kids. Ryan looks forward to helping you with all your insurance needs and getting you the best coverage at the best rate for all your insurance needs!
As a personal lines producer at 123 Insurance, I'm dedicated to providing you with personalized insurance solutions. With a background in the military and retail, I've honed strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset. I'm committed to building lasting relationships with my clients and helping them understand their insurance options.
Born and raised in New England, I now live in Maine with my wife and son. We enjoy a busy life filled with many high school sports and all the outdoor activities that the Pine Tree State has to offer.
Robin Sweeney

Robin was born in New York City and spent her childhood there. She moved to Vermont in 1984. After graduating high school in 1987, she attended Champlain College and completed a 4 year degree in Business. Robin became a licensed Property and Casualty Agent 2001, and went on to complete her Accredited Customer Service Representative designation in 2004. To better serve our customer's needs, Robin actively works in both the personal and commercial insurance lines arenas. In her spare time she enjoys watching her two children, Brandon and Madison, play basketball and soccer. She and her husband and family reside in Fairfax.

Cathie became a licensed Property & Casualty Agent in 2005, focusing on commercial insurance. She joined 123 Insurance in 2019. Cathie has also received her Accredited Customer Service Representative designation. Cathie resides in Swanton with her husband and children. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies or relaxing by a fire and eating barbecue.

Gail started her insurance career as a personal lines service representative in the Johnson office in 1979 and moved into commercial lines 15 years later. She joined 123 Insurance in September 2023 when they purchased the SR Miller agency.
She lives in Hyde Park and in her spare time enjoys walking her dogs, gardening and landscaping. Gail has 3 grown children – son Peter, daughters Tiffany and Tristin, and 2 grandchildren Natalia and Jett.
Lauren joined 123 Insurance in July 2023, bringing over three decades of insurance experience since she began her career in 1992.
Based in Charleston, SC, she shares her home with her two beloved dogs, Rosie and Bindi. Her pride and joy is her adult daughter, Brooke, who recently achieved her BSN/RN license after graduating from nursing school in Maine. Lauren's interests include soaking up the sunshine, spending quality time with her pets, and volunteering at local animal rescues. With a Property & Casualty license acquired in 1993, she specializes in personal lines insurance, enhancing our team with her extensive expertise.

Renae Parah joined 123 in 2013, working part-time behind the scenes doing bookkeeping and accounting part-time. While continuing that role in 2018 she came on full time, taking on more of a presence within our personal lines customer service department. Renae resides locally with her husband and three daughters.

Chris has been working in the customer service field since 1993 and has always loved working with people. Chris has been with 123 Insurance since July of 2019. She is a licensed Property & Casualty Agent that focuses on Customer Service for existing personal lines clients.
Chris grew up in Vermont and married her high school sweetheart, Steele. They have 2 children, Tyler and Rena. In her free time, there is nothing that she enjoys more than spending time with her granddaughter, Harper.
Kasey Parah

Kasey joined the agency in January of 2022 and became a licensed agent shortly after. She handles personal lines servicing and life insurance policies. Born and raised in Vermont, she still resides locally with her husband and daughter.

Kim started her insurance career in 1995 with S.R. Miller & Son, Inc and became licensed in 1997. She services the Personal Lines clients as a customer service representative and producer. In September 2023, Kim started working with 123 Insurance when they purchased S.R. Miller & Son, Inc and changed the name to S.R. Miller Insurance.
Kim is married with two kids and one grandson and reside in Craftsbury VT. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and taking care of her grandson.
Autumn Olsen

Autumn is the newest addition to the team, hired in February of 2024 and recently passed her Property and Casualty licensing exam, with aspirations of becoming a P&C insurance producer as well as helping on the customer service side of things.
After graduating from St. Lawrence University in May of 2023, Autumn moved out of her mother’s house where she grew up in Colchester, and now resides in Morrisville with her boyfriend Andrew. She enjoys fishing, finding swimming holes and hiking mountains in her free time.
Darlene has been employed part-time with 123 Insurance since October 2022 and happy to be part of the team. She works from my home in Florida and works remotely when she is home for the Summer in Vermont. She is married to her husband, Bill of 35 years, and adore her two-fur baby’s, Charlie and Chloe. In her spare time, she is involved in animal rescue, gardening, golf, and enjoy the outdoors. In her early career she worked to receive her associate degree in finance and enjoyed the many positions that she held during her 50-year career in Banking.
